Poly Medicure is hiring for a wide range of departments. Below are the key roles available:
Research & Development (R&D)
- Documentation Officer: Focus on ISO 13485 and regulatory compliance (5–10 years experience).
- Product Design: Expertise in CREO/SolidWorks and New Product Development (5–10 years experience).
Quality & Regulatory Affairs
- Regulatory Affairs Officer / AM / DM: Knowledge of EU MDR, FDA, and ISO13485 (5–12 years experience).
- QC & QA Managers: Leadership roles in quality control and assurance systems (10–15 years experience).
- Specialized Roles: Quality Auditors, FDA-Audit Experts (Pharma), ISO Audit specialists, and Microbiologists (3–10 years experience).
Production & Supply Chain
- PPC: Engineer/Sr. Engineer for Production Planning & Inventory Management (3–8 years experience).
- Production (Blood Bag): Roles for Engineers and Officers in blood bag manufacturing and injectables (3–10 years experience).
- Purchase/OPEX: Engineers and Managers for Capex, Indirect Purchase, and Lean Manufacturing (3–12 years experience).
Engineering & Maintenance
- Automation: PLC Engineers and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers (3–10 years experience).
- Moulding: Engineers for plastic moulding operations (3–10 years experience).
- Utility Maintenance: AM/DM and Engineers for utility systems, plus Regional/Project Managers for Jaipur (3–25 years experience).
Finance, Accounts & Projects
- Finance Leadership: Sr. Manager/Deputy Manager Finance (10–20 years experience).
- Accounts: CA Inter/CWA Inter and Sr. Executive Finance (3–8 years experience).
- Liaisoning Manager: Government and regulatory communications (10–15 years experience).
- Projects: Project Manager (Delhi) to act as a link between Sales and Factory (10–15 years experience).
