- Daily cleaning
- The cleaning is to be done after the days work is over or whenever required.
- Switch “off” the power supply.
- Clean the turn table of the inspection machine with lint free duster soaked in purified water.
- Remove broken glass vials and powder (if any) from the conveyor with the help of nylon brush.
- Clean the conveyor belt and rollers of the machine with lint free duster soaked in purified water.
- Clean the vials guides of machine and turn table with lint free wipe soaked in purified water.
- Clean the reflector glass and light sources by dry mopping with a lint free wipe.
- Periodic Cleaning
- Periodic cleaning is to be done once in every 15 days (preferably one day when there is no production.
- Clean the Teflon rollers of the conveyor belts with lint free wipe soaked in 0.5% TEEPOL solution.
- Open the side panels of the machine and turn table and clean the motor, pulley and belt with lint free duster.
- Clean the sponge pieces provided under the Teflon rollers .Replace the sponge pieces whenever required.
- Record the operation time in equipment log book as per SOP.
