Pfizer- Walk-In Drive For Manufacturing (Injectables), Compliance Roles on 14th December 2025
Pfizer Healthcare India Private Limited is conducting a Walk-In Drive in Visakhapatnam (Vizag) for talented individuals to join its manufacturing facility. The drive covers roles for Fresher Operators, Experienced Operators in injectables manufacturing, Compliance Specialists, and Senior Equipment Specialists in Visual Inspection.

- Time: Starting at 8:30 AM
Venue-Signature Hotel (Gajuwaka) – Vizag, NH-16, Opposite BPCL Petrol Bunk, Sheela Nagar (Gajuwaka), Visakhapatnam – 530012, Andhra Pradesh, India.
All experienced roles require mandatory experience in the USFDA regulatory environment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
1. Manufacturing – Fresher Operators
- Eligibility: 2024 & 2025 Pass Out Only
- Qualification: Diploma Pharmacy / Diploma Mechanical
- Criteria: Pass Percentage 60% in Academic & No backlogs.
2. Manufacturing – Experienced Operators
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing injectables.
- Qualification: Any Diploma / B. Sc
- Job Profile: Operate production equipment such as Vial Filling, Washing, Capping, Sealing, Compounding, Terminal sterilization, and Stopper process of Injectables. Must ensure adherence to GMP and USFDA regulatory environment.
3. Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES) (Visual Inspection)
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Equipment Maintenance.
- Qualification: Diploma Mechanical with 6 to 8 years / B. Tech Mechanical with 6 to 8 years.
- Job Profile: Responsible for developing and executing equipment reliability plans, including Preventive & Corrective actions, and maintaining up-to-date records on equipment-related losses, root causes, and corrective action plans.
4. Manufacturing Compliances Roles
- Experience: 6 to 10 Years (M. Pharmacy) / 8 to 12 Years (B. Pharmacy)
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy
- Job Profile: Experience in QMS (Quality Management System) activities like Risk Management, Change Control, Deviations, CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), Investigation, Audit, Inspections Compliance, and Documentation. Must ensure adherence to GMP guidelines and USFDA regulatory environment.
