Department: Manufacturing – Downstream Process

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

Experience: 3–9 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc (Biotechnology)

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Handling of Chromatography, sterilization, TFF, AKTA & Filtration techniques.
• Preparation of SOP, BPCR and other Technical Documents.
• To support in qualification activities of DSP area.
• Preparation of Performance Verification and PQ and commissioning protocol Understanding & execution of work in line with cGMP.
• Handling of Deviations, Change Controls and QMS related Documents associated with DSP area and among the team and supervision of site activities.

2) Department: Manufacturing – Upstream Process

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

Experience: 3–9 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc (Biotechnology)

• Hands on experience on Centrifuges, Filtration Systems, Chromatography.
• Handling of CIP and SIP activities.
• Supporting to the Manufacturing Team.
• Handling of Autoclaving and Integrity activities.

3) Department: QC-IPQC

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

Experience: 3–9 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc (Biotechnology)

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Responsible for IPQC testing. Preparation of DRS, Log book entry and related documentation to be make online.
• Preparation of STP/SOP/DRS for QC documentation on routine basis.
• Responsible for IPQC, DS, DP and stability sample testing on routine batches.
• Handling of QC instrument as HPLC/GC for routine sample and other instrumentation maintenance.

4) Department: QC – ELISA / PCR Lab

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

Experience: 3–9 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc (Biotechnology)

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Plasma sample testing using ELISA and PCR Handling of the Samples, Analytical Data Review, Data Storage and Batch Release in Quality Control.
• Preparation of STP/SOP/DRS for QC documentation on routine basis.
• Follow up of kits/consumable requirement for QC testing with concerned person.
