Job Description: Gracure Pharmaceutical Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical company with an esteemed reputation for innovation and quality, is seeking talented individuals to join our Formulation Research & Development (FR&D) team. We are looking for Research Scientists who are passionate about contributing to the development of life-saving medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experimentation to develop innovative formulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments.
- Analyze data, interpret results, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Optimize existing formulations to improve efficacy and stability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of research activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma/ M. Pharma) or relevant field (M.Sc.).
- Proven experience in formulation development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of EU-GMP and TGA regulations.
- Familiarity with R&D processes approved by DSIR is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
