“We have an urgent requirement (VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD) for the fallowing position with below mentioned details.
Designation: Sr Executive to Asst Manager
Department: Manufacturing- Down Stream Process (mAbs)
No of Vacancies: 10
Qualification: B. Tech, M. Tech, M. Sc or B. Sc, Biotech or Relevant Experience
Experience: 5 to 6
Budget- 4.2 to 5.4 lac
1) To actively participate in the day-to-day activities of downstream process.
2) To provide technical leadership for junior staff engaged in downstream process activities.
3) Should be well versed with AKTA Process systems.
4) Assist supervisors in critical activities during tech transfer, scale-up.
5) Should have Experience in scale-up of purification processes.
6) Responsible for shop floor production activity in cGMP mAbs Protein Fractionation Facility.
7) Expertise in handling lon exchange Chromatography Acta process, CIP and SIP skid systems.
8) Have an experience in handling Tangential flow filtration (TFF), Depth filtration etc.
9) Maintain online BMR, daily log sheets and quality assurance activities
