Walk in Interview for the post of Production Supervisor/Executive @ Vadodara on 27th July 2023 Details are as follows:-
Job Location: PI Industries, Jambusar, Gujarat
Qualification: – B. Sc. / M. Sc. (Chemistry) / Diploma (Chemical) or B.E./B. Tech in Chemical
Experience: Total work: 4 to 9 years

Roles and Responsibilities:-
operational knowledge of YOKOGAVA DCS
Production planning, control and executing batches, optimization in the plant.
Supervising of batches charging and verification of RM quintets
Monitoring and maintaining of the parameter as per SOP
Handling Of solvent recovery process.
Basic knowledge of process safety standards (MSDS) & general industry standards
Distillation Column (Atmospheric & vacuum),
Formulation of Final products for dispatch, packaging of the material, final products, at the warehouse.
Operating of GLR and SS reactor, Centrifugal pump, piston pump, vacuum pump, Jet Ejector system.
Safety Knowledge, Permit
We are looking for the following positions:
1. Production Supervisor :- (Diploma in Chemical, BSC/MSC in Chemistry with 4–9 years of experience in the chemical/API industry)
2. Production Executive :- (B.E. or B. Tech. in Chemical with 4–9 years of experience in the chemical/API industry)
