1. Associate

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
Experience: 2 to 8 Years

Job Profile:

• Hands-on experience in clean room operations and GMP documentation
• Skilled in steam sterilizer load preparation, equipment operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting
• Proficient with vessels, sterilizers, homogenizers, CIP/SIP, filter integrity testing, and glove leak testing
• Accurate recording of process parameters in BMRs and logbooks
• Balance calibration, pH meter calibration, material issuance, and in-process checks
• Expertise in bulk manufacturing and filtration under controlled environments
• Handling laminar air flow units, pass boxes, and NVPC systems

2. Associate

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
Experience: 2 to 8 Years

Job Profile:

• Skilled in aseptic practices and performing interventions in Grade-A aseptic areas
• Experience in aseptic operations, sterile API handling, and suspension manufacturing
• Operation and maintenance of filling machines (e.g., Romaco), vessels, dynomill, and homogenizers
• Performed cleaning, troubleshooting, and in-process checks as per BMR
• Handling laminar air flow systems, pass boxes, garment cubicles, and NVPC systems
• Accurate documentation in BMRs and logbooks
• Balance calibration, material issuance, and adherence to aseptic practices

3. Officer

Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 Years

Job Profile:

• Exposure to Sterile Production QMS and documentation
• Supervision of unit operations in unclassified, controlled, aseptic, and garment preparation areas
• Oversight of cleaning, sanitization, and environmental monitoring activities
• Planning, execution, monitoring, and supervision of batch processing and media filling
• Ensuring documentation of process parameters as per SOPs and records
• Preparation of SOPs, monthly reports, and investigation documentation
• Performing stage-wise batch reconciliation
• Managing receipt, verification, reconciliation, and return of raw and packaging materials

4. Executive

Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 Years

Job Profile:

• Ensuring compliance with status labeling requirements
• Conducting in-process checks during batch stages
• Supervising bulk manufacturing, aseptic filtration, and aseptic filling activities
• Ensuring strict adherence to clean room practices
• Performing gap analysis and initiating corrective actions
• Handling SAP activities

5. Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 Years

Job Profile:

• Exposure to Sterile Production QMS activities such as change control, deviation, CAPA initiation and closure, and documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Coordination of departmental training activities
• Mandatory experience in a regulatory-approved organization (USFDA)

Regulatory Requirement

USFDA & MHRA regulatory exposure is mandatory for all positions.
