📍 Work Location: Ahmedabad, India
🔬 1. BIOANALYTICAL
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead/oversee development, validation, and sample analysis for PK, PD, ADA, and NAb assays.
- Review bioanalytical protocols, SOPs, analytical runs, and final study reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable bioanalytical and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. / M.Pharm. / M.Tech. / Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related Life Sciences.
- Experience: 4–8 years.
🧪 2. ANALYTICAL
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physicochemical characterization of biosimilar products using advanced analytical techniques.
- Develop, optimize, qualify, and troubleshoot analytical methods.
- Support product characterization and comparability assessments.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. / M.Pharm. / M.Tech. / Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related Life Sciences.
- Experience: 3–10 years.
🧬 3. MANUFACTURING – USP / DSP
Key Responsibilities:
Upstream Processing (USP):
- Mammalian/cell culture operations.
- Experience with single-use bioreactors, shake flasks, and perfusion systems.
Downstream Processing (DSP):
- Protein purification using chromatography, TFF, and virus filtration.
- Hands-on experience with mammalian/cell culture-based manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences.
- M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 4–10 years.
