Jubilant Ingrevia is a Rs 5000 crs, multi business entity of 40+ years in manufacturing Chemicals & API products. To meet our continuous growth needs, we require deserving candidates for following positions in Chemicals & API business at Gajraula.
PRODUCTION CHEMIST Qualification: B. Sc./M.Sc./Diploma Chemical. Experience: 3 to 8 years in Continuous/Batch chemical plant with DCS operation (Chemicals & Intermediate plant will be preferred). Candidate must have hands on experience of Autoclave, Hydrogenation, Distillation/MEE operation, Filtration & maintaining process parameters, filling of BPR, log sheets, safety compliances, trouble shooting, and awareness about quality systems.
SHIFT IN CHARGE – PRODUCTION Qualification: B. Sc./M.Sc./Diploma Chemical/B. E. Chemical. Experience: 5 to 10 years in Continuous / Batch chemical plant with DCS operation (Chemicals & Intermediate plant will be preferred). Candidate must have experience of operation of reactors, ejectors, pumps, columns, blowers, and control valves, exposure in preparing SOP’s, experience in DCS / PLC based control systems, and awareness about quality systems.
SECTION IN-CHARGE – PRODUCTION Qualification: B.E. Chemical. Experience: B.E. Chemical with 12 to 15 years of running batch & continuous Chemical/API Plant independently. Includes experience in production planning, maintaining raw material & utility norms, BPR reports, TPM, validation, cGMP and requires high focus on safety.
