- Contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing technical expertise and support as required.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Educational background in Biotechnology (M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech).
- Strong understanding of plasma fractionation processes and associated technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
