Available Positions & Key Requirements

​Harman Finochem is looking for talented individuals across Production, SRP, Engineering, Projects, and EHS/ETP departments.

Production / SRP (B.E./Diploma Chemical, B.Sc./M.Sc.)

• ​Officer/Executive: Seeking candidates with 01-08 years of experience. Responsibilities include executing API & SRP operations, batching, solvent recovery, distillation, and monitoring key process parameters. Experience ensures GMP, safety, documentation, QC, and handling BMR/BPR, SOPs, logbooks, and deviations (CAPA/Investigations).

Engineering (B.E./Diploma/ITI – Mechanical)

• ​Shift Engineer / Engineering Documentation (04-10 years): Focus on preventive maintenance, equipment/utilities troubleshooting, installation, and routine checks. Manages engineering documentation (SOPs, PM checklists, equipment history).
• ​Fitter Technician (04-10 years – ITI Fitter): Responsible for mechanical readiness, repair, installation of equipment, pipelines, and utility maintenance.
• ​Officer/Executive (Mechanical) (04-10 years – B.E./Diploma Mechanical): Responsible for executing and monitoring mechanical projects, equipment installation/commissioning, vendor coordination, and maintaining plant documentation as per safety/quality standards.

Projects (B.E. Instrumentation/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)

• ​Dy. Manager (Instrumentation) (12-16 years): Planning, executing, and commissioning CAPEX/expansion projects, focusing on feasibility study, budgeting, contractor coordination, utility integration, and compliance to safety and regulatory norms.
• ​Executive / Sr. Executive (Electrical) (04-10 years): Responsible for electrical projects, including HT/LT systems, PCC/MCC panels, and ensuring safety & GMP compliance.
• ​Dy. Manager/Manager (Civil) (12-16 years): Planning and supervising civil works (buildings, utilities, foundations), ensuring safe, quality-driven, and timely project execution.
• ​Dy. Manager/Manager – Projects (Mechanical) (12-16 years): Responsible for independent handling CAPEX and plant modification projects end-to-end, including budgeting, coordination, utility integration, and timely commissioning.

EHS / ETP (BE Chemical/B.Sc.+ADIS, B.E. Environmental, B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry)

• ​Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (Safety) (05-08 years – BE Chemical/B.Sc.+ADIS): Responsible for safety systems, incident investigation, HIRA/HAZOP/PSSR, work permits, ISO compliance, and emergency preparedness.
• ​Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager (Environment/ETP) (10-15 years – B.E. Environmental): Responsible for operating ETP/RO/MEE/UF/VFTG/ESG systems, hazardous waste management, MPCB compliance, environmental monitoring, audits, and documentation.
• ​Asst. Officer/Officer – Lab Chemist (ETP) (02-04 years – B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry): Responsible for effluent sample analysis, ETP process monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining MPCB-compliant environmental documentation.
