Qualification & Experience : B. Pharm/ M. Pharma B. Sc./ M. Sc. 3 to 6 Years
Required Skills (Injectables)
• Experience in review of HPLC, GC, LCMS calibration data & Analytical Data review &Review of Analytical Method Validations, Method Transfers, Protocols & Reports.
• Handling of Quality assurance management system software for QMS activities
• Knowledge on Equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/CSV, Process validation)to access the change control(Facility and process).
• Knowledge in viable environmental monitoring and plate reading technique.
• Media preparation and GPT activities S BET and sterility testing review and documentation.
• Microbial water testing and in process product testing .
• Preparation and review of APR’s and APQR’s Summary Reports & Standard operating procedures S Handling & Execution and investigation of QMS documents in change controls, deviations, and CAPA.

Engineering (Instrumentation)
Qualification & Experience : Diploma/ B. Tech. 3 to 6 Years
Required Skills (Injectables)
• Trouble shooting knowledge in washing Machine, Tunnel Machine, Filling Machine, Sealing Machines and Auto Clave. S Trouble shooting knowledge on PLC & Scada.
• Monitor equipment performance data to identify trends or issues.
• Regular review and backup automation system configuration.
• Participate in equipment qualification activities for new installations.
