We are hiring following positions
- Quality Assurance (IPQA/QMS)
- Quality Control (Analyst)
- Production (Compression/Coating/Granulation)
- Packing (CVC/Labelling machine)
Quality Assurance (IPQA/QMS)
Role: Officer/Executive/AM
Experience: 3 to 11 yrs
Qualification: M. Pharm/B. Pharm/M.Sc./B.Sc.
Required Profile
- Handling of Change Controls, CAPA’s, Unplanned deviations, Planned Deviation, Investigations and Audit Management in Trackwise software
- Issuance and Retrieval of GMP documents.
- Working experience over SAP, Trackwise and other related softwares.
- Review of BMR/BPR and process validation reports.
- Inprocess testing, sampling and line clearance.
Production (Compression/Coating/Granulation)
Role: Officer/ Executive/ Operator
Experience: 2 to 7 yrs
Qualification:
- Supervisor – M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc
- Operator – ITI/Diploma
Required Profile:
- Exposure of handling and compliance of various compression , coating and granulation machines/equipments like GEA, Cadmach, Fette, Korsch, coaters, RMG, FBE, FBD etc.
- Online documentation Of BMR and log books during execution of batches
Quality Control (Analyst)
Role: Officer/Executive
Experience: 02 to 07 yrs
Qualification: M. Pharm/B. Pharm/M.Sc./B.Sc.
Required Profile
- Exposure of Waters HPLC, Dissolution, GC and other instruments with AMV, RM, PM, FP product analysis.
- Handling of QMS related activities. Maintaining lab records and documentation
- Should have exposure in various instruments/ software’s like Waters HPLC, Empower 3, LIMS and other software
Packing (CVC/Labelling machine)
Role: Officer/ Executive/ Operator
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Qualification:
- Supervisor – M. Pharm/B. Pharm/M.Sc./B.Sc.
- Operator – ITI/Diploma
Required Profile:
- Exposure and troubleshooting knowledge of primary and secondary CVC packing line
- Experience in cleaning process, challenge test and area cleaning activities
- Experience in track and trace and serialization activities and cleaning process
