Job Description:
Role: Executive – Synthesis R&D / Process R&D
Qualification: B.Sc in Chemistry or related field
Experience: 0-5+ years in API manufacturing or related fields
Number of Openings: 40

Responsibilities:
Implement and manage production schedules effectively.
Operate within tight deadlines and under pressure to meet project timelines.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Hands-on involvement in production activities, supported by a collaborative team environment.
Review and adjust production schedules as necessary to optimize efficiency.
Skills Required:
Strong multitasking ability, balancing project work with vendor coordination.
Experience in API manufacturing or related fields preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
