• Candidate should have worked in API Production
• Small & Mid-scale GMP Production
HPLC Prep Knowledge
• CGMP
• Handling of reactors, centrifuges
• Ability to handle shop floor activity
MICROBIOLOGY
Experience: 3-6years
Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology) Job Description:
• Method validation of finished products
• BET and Sterility testing of microbial samples • Well-known about preparing media and maintain the stock of prepared media
⚫ performing sampling and testing of MLT analysis of Water and finished products
STERILE
Experience: 3-5years
Qualification: M.Sc/ B. Pharma
Job Description:
• Handling of sterile production activities.
Sterilization in place activity
• Isolator activity
• Autoclave activity
• CGMP on shop floor
QUALITY CONTROL
Experience: 3-5years
Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)
Job Description:
• Well-experience on HPLC (make: waters, Shimadzu) for analysis of API, assay, RS, and related Raw materials and intermediates analysis
• Practical knowledge of GDP and GLP for the pharmaceuticals industry
ANALYTICAL RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT Experience: 5-7years
Qualification: M.Sc (Analytical/Organic) Job Description:
Analytical Method Development
• Validation by HPLC/GC/IC/ICP/chemical analysis
• Analytical method transfer & verification
TECHNICAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Experience: 3-5years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical)
Job Description:
• Exposure to process development and scale up of
lab scale processes to plant scale
• Process development from lab scale to plant scale
Aware of difficulties in manufacturing so that same can be taken care during the engineering of the processes
• Technical document preparation, knowledge on process validation
PROCUREMENT
