1. Injectable Manufacturing
Designations:
Operator (Assistant / Associate)
Supervisor (Officer / Executive)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.E
Experience: 1–8 years
Required Skills:
Sterile / Parenteral / Aseptic operations
Bag Filling / Vial Filling, Sealing, Filtration
Batch Manufacturing, Autoclave
Terminal Sterilization, Microsphere Production
Knowledge of GDP, GMP, ALCOA, aseptic behavior
Experience in injectable/sterile manufacturing is mandatory
Hands-on expertise in Line: Bag, Vial, PFS, LYO, Microsphere, Cartridges
2. Injectable Packing
Designations:
Operator (Assistant / Associate)
Supervisor (Officer / Executive)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.E
Experience: 1–8 years
Required Skills:
Packing and visual inspection
MVI & AVI experience
QMS activities: change control, deviation, qualification, requalification
3. Store & Warehouse
Designations:
Operator (Assistant / Associate)
Supervisor (Officer / Executive)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.E
Experience: 1–8 years
Required Skills:
Material receipt & verification
Handling APIs, excipients, packaging materials
Material storage management
RM/PM issuance, BMR/BPR requirements
Handling finished goods store.
