Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to medical professionals in alignment with company strategy to generate prescriptions.
- Ensure availability of products by visiting chemists and stockists.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Provide regular field work reports through designated channels.
- Give timely feedback to superiors and maintain positive communication.
- Conduct CMEs, CRMs, and product promotion campaigns to create awareness and ensure ROI.
- Uphold ethical working standards and maintain the company’s positive image and integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Age: Less than 30 years
- Education Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Pharmacy
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) and vernacular languages.
- Travel Requirements: As per the approved customer list of the respective HQ
Job Competencies and Skills:
- Scientific knowledge of company products, competitors’ products, clinic performance, and selling effectiveness.
- Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in computer skills and territory knowledge.
Perks and Benefits:
- Fixed Salary Increase: INR 12,000 per annum post confirmation
- Travel Allowance: Approximately INR 10,000 to INR 11,000 per month
- Incentive: Up to INR 2-3 lakhs per annum (subject to performance)
- Insurance coverage free of cost.
