Sai is conducting a walk-in drive in Bengaluru for experienced professionals for its work location in Bidar, Karnataka. The company is hiring candidates for Production and Technology Transfer (TAT) roles in API manufacturing. Candidates with relevant Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and API production experience can attend the interview on 31 October 2026.
1) Production
Department: Production
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Experience: 2–8 years
Work Location: Bidar, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities:

- Execute various stages of production batches according to the production plan.
- Comply with cGMP, quality, safety and regulatory standards throughout the manufacturing process.

- Handle API equipment, batch processes and critical process parameters.
- Maintain good communication and interpersonal relationships.
2) TAT
Department: Technology Transfer (TAT)
Qualification: B.Tech. Chemical Engineering
Experience: 2–6 years
Work Location: Bidar, Karnataka
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in API manufacturing and technology transfer.
- Expertise in process scale-up from laboratory to commercial production.
- Hands-on experience in batch execution according to BMR/BPR.
- Skills in deviation handling, documentation and compliance.
