Job Description:
Handle unit operations like reactions, distillations, centrifuging, and drying while strictly adhering to BMR/BPR protocols.
Maintain data integrity by ensuring flawless cGMP compliance, online documentation, and safe handling of hazardous chemicals.
Troubleshoot process deviations, optimize yield, and collaborate on technology transfer or scale-up activities.
2) Department: QA & Lab QA (Formulations)
Designation: Officer / Executive
Experience: 2–10 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Job Description:
IPQA (OSD & Sterile) – Line clearance, Sampling, BMR/BPR review.
LAB QA – Qualification (Sterile), Validation (Sterile), Analytical QA, Stability Studies, OOS investigation (Microbiological).
QA – Risk Assessment, Market Complaint, Change control, QA Documentation, Deviation, CAPA.
3) Department: Injection Production (Formulations)
Designation: Technician / Officer / Executive
Experience: 2–10 Years
Job Description:
Technician – Hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting high-speed Automatic Visual Inspection (AVI) machines for vials.
Officer / Sr. Officer Packing – Packing Line Efficiency, Serialization & Systems, Documentation & Compliance, Team Management. Must have experience in Romaco vial packing machines.
Executive Manufacturing – Oversee daily compounding, formulation, aseptic filtration, and vial filling operations to meet strict production targets. Supervise shift operations in Grade A/B cleanrooms, ensuring 100% adherence to cGMP, handle deviations, investigate market complaints, and implement CAPA.
