Experience : Research Associate : 1-4 Years
Scientist 1 : 5-7 Years
Asst. Manager : 8-12 Years
Dy. Manager : 10-14 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Literature search for regulated & non-regulated markets formulations
• Designing & developing prototype
• Scaling up to pilot & production levels
• Troubleshooting formulation issues
• Writing technical documents, stability protocols & PDR
• Execution of tech transfer & coordination like CFT

Role-Specific Expertise
• Strong expertise in pellets dosage form development (Asst. Manager & above)
• Experience in pellets (preferred) for Scientist roles
• Leading a team of 4-5 scientists (Dy. Manager role)
• Knowledge of IR/MR solid oral drug products
