1. Production – Formulations
Area: Injectables / Vaccines
Candidates may be considered for roles involving:
Blending
- Handling shift plans for formulation activities.
- Operation and maintenance of equipment such as autoclaves and blending vessels.
- Maintenance of equipment including autoclave, blending vessels, CIP and SIP skids.
Filling
- Handling shift plans for filling activities.
- Operation and maintenance of equipment such as vial washing, tunnel sterilizer, filling and capping machines.
Packing
- Handling shift plans for vial labelling machines and VMM dot machines with inspection systems.
- Operation of videojet and control print systems for batch coding.
- Operation of Track & Trace systems.
- Monitoring cold rooms and deep-freezer temperatures.
2. Engineering – Biologics / Injectables
Process Equipment
- Experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance of vial washing, filling, capping, autoclave and labelling machines.
- Experience with jacketed vessels and lyophilization equipment.
Instruments Maintenance
- Handling shift operations for instrumentation activities.
- Experience with BMS, breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Calibration, AMC and interim projects.
- Reviewing maintenance schedules and status.
- Handling basic troubleshooting in PLC and SCADA systems.
3. Quality Assurance
IPQA – Drug Substance
- Hands-on experience in cell/virus culture processes and bacterial line clearance activities.
- Preparation of SOP, BPR, MFR and protocols.
- SOP/BPR/MFR review and deviation handling.
- Change control activities.
QA – Validation
- Validation, qualification and requalification of processes, HVAC, utilities and packing equipment.
- Preparation and review of URS, DQ, FAT, SAT and SOPs.
- Qualification protocols for computerized systems, including IQ/OQ/PQ.
4. QC – Microbiology
Candidates should have experience or knowledge in:
- Microbial colony counting of EMP, water and other media plates.
- Water and bioburden testing.
- MLT testing.
- Microbiological media preparation.
- GPT and culture handling.
- GMP practices.
Educational Qualification
Candidates with the following qualifications can be considered for the available positions:

- B.Sc.
- Diploma
- ITI
The required qualification may vary depending on the department and position.
Experience Required
2 to 9 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccines, injectables, engineering, quality assurance or microbiology functions, depending on the position.
