Alkem Laboratories Ltd. is organizing a walk-in interview drive to recruit qualified and experienced candidates for its manufacturing facility in Daman, Gujarat. Candidates with relevant experience in Quality Control (QC), Formulation, Production and Packing departments are invited to attend the interview.

1. QC – Formulation
Position: Senior Officer / Executive
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience: 2–7 years
Areas of Expertise:
- Finished product (FP) testing and stability studies.
- Analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, UV and dissolution.
- Handling LIMS and Empower software.
- Experience with Waters HPLC systems.
2. Production – Formulation
Position: Technical Associate
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI
Experience: 2–6 years
Required Technical Expertise:
Manufacturing Core Area:
- Wurster coating (Glatt), including 21 CFR SCADA pellet coating and bottom spray.
- Granulation using integrated lines, GEA / Glatt equipment and flow coaters.
- Compression using KORSCH, SEJONG, GEA and CADMACH equipment.
- Coating using Glatt coaters.
- Liquid manufacturing and filling.
- Sachet filling machines, including Wraptech and Bossar.
3. Production – Packing
Position: Senior Officer / Technical Associate
Qualification: B.Pharm / Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI
Experience: 2–6 years
Required Technical Expertise:
- Blister packing using Uhlmann, Elmach and BQS machines.
- Bulk packing, bottle packing and CVC systems.
- Liquid packing operations.
