Ajanta Pharma is conducting a Walk-In Interview in Goa for experienced professionals for its Dahej, Gujarat facility.
The current vacancies cover Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing/Packing and Maintenance departments.
Candidates with 2 to 13 years of relevant experience and qualifications ranging from 10th/ITI and Diploma to B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc and engineering degrees can apply for the suitable positions.
Ajanta Pharma is a specialty pharmaceutical company with manufacturing facilities in India and medicines supplied across more than 30 countries. Its Dahej facility manufactures finished formulations.
1) Production / Quality Control / Quality Assurance – OOS/OOT
Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 8 to 13 Years
Key Skills: Good exposure for investigations against OOS and OOT, Deviation & Incident, Risk Assessment & Impact Assessment.
2) Quality Control
Designation: Sr. Officer / Officer / Executive
Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience: 3 to 12 Years
Key Skills: Exposure of analysis of Solid Oral – FP, Instrumentation, In-process or Stability.
- Experience of Analytical Method Validation.
- Experience of PMQC & Dissolution, QMS.
3) Quality Assurance
Designation: Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Key Skills: Exposure of Validation / Qualification / DRA / AQA / Training / Engineering-QA, QMS with USFDA plant exposure.
4) Manufacturing / Packing
Designation: Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Key Skills: Exposure to OSD manufacturing operations like Granulation, Pellet Coating, Capsule Filling, Primary Packing & Secondary Packing.
QMS, investigation of OOS and OOT, deviations and incidents and investigation tools.
5) Manufacturing / Packing
Designation: Associate / Operator
Qualification: 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, B.A, B.Com
Experience: 2 to 10 Years
Key Skills: Exposure to OSD manufacturing operations like Granulation, Pellet Coating, Capsules, Primary Packing, Blister Packing, Sachet Filling, Bottle Line, Secondary Packing, Cartonator & Labelling.
6) Maintenance – Plant Maintenance
Designation: Assistant
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical
Experience: 2 to 10 Years
Key Skills: Exposure of preventive & breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting & inspection of plant equipment and condition monitoring, spare parts management, with exposure of audits and regulatory inspections.
7) Maintenance – QMS / Qualification
Designation: Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical / Instrument
Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Key Skills: Exposure of preparation of SOP, raise change control, deviation, incident and CAPA.
Knowledge of SOP, qualification like URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ & e-LOG.
8) Maintenance – HVAC
Designation: Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.E. – Electrical
Experience: 2 to 10 Years
Key Skills: Exposure of preventive & breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting & inspection of plant equipment and condition monitoring, spare parts management, with exposure of audits and regulatory inspections.
