Department: Analytical Method Development (Formulations)
Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Pharm.
Experience: 2-5 years
Job Details:
Analysis of prototype and stability samples. Validation of analytical methods for assay, related substances and dissolution testing.
• Evaluation of multimedia dissolution profiles. • Development of analytical methods for assay, RS and dissolution.
• Conduct various studies, including:
o Drug-excipient compatibility
o Filter compatibility
o Forced degradation
o Material contact and tubing compatibility
o Diluent compatibility
o Photostability
o Excursion studies
o Freeze-thaw stability
o Solubility studies
Calibration of analytical instruments.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectroscopy and Dissolution tester.
• Proficient in Empower-3 software. Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Familiar with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
