About the Job
The QC Analyst, Microbiology position involves supporting microbiological quality control activities and maintaining compliance with applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this position may be responsible for the following activities, depending on the assigned laboratory duties:

- Microbiological Testing: Conduct microbiological testing of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical samples using approved methods.
- Sterility Assurance: Support microbiological control strategies and sterility assurance activities to protect product quality and patient safety.
- Laboratory Investigations: Participate in investigations involving abnormal results, deviations, and microbiological contamination events.
- CAPA Implementation: Support root-cause analysis and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Stability Testing: Perform or support microbiological testing associated with product stability programmes.
- GMP Compliance: Follow applicable GMP requirements, laboratory SOPs, data integrity practices, and documentation standards.
- Aseptic Techniques: Apply appropriate aseptic techniques during laboratory activities where required.
- Laboratory Equipment: Operate laboratory equipment according to approved procedures and report equipment-related issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate laboratory records, worksheets, test results, and investigation documentation.
- Quality Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain consistent laboratory performance.
Educational Qualification
