Quality Control – Formulation

Officer – QC Formulation (FG / In-Process)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysis of finished products such as Nasal, Derma, MDI/DPI and other formulations.
• Physical tests and analytical testing.
• HPLC/GC-related analytical activities as applicable.
• Spray pattern, APSD, DDU, FP, particle-size and related testing.
• Compliance with GMP and data-integrity requirements.
• CFR Part 11-compliant documentation.

2. Quality Assurance – Formulation

Officer – QA Formulation (IPQA)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 2–5 Years

Experience required in:

• IPQA activities for MDI/DPI formulations.
• Line clearance.
• Sampling and AQL inspection.
• Retention sample management.
• BMR/BPR review.
• APQR preparation.
• Cleaning validation document review.
• GMP, documentation and pharmaceutical quality systems.

Executive – QA Formulation (IPQA & QMS)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 8–10 Years

Experience in:

• IPQA activities for MDI/DPI formulations.
• Line clearance, sampling and AQL inspection.
• BMR/BPR review.
• QMS activities.
• Deviation/OOS investigation support.

3. Quality Control – API

Officer – QC API (RM Analysis)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 2–5 Years

The role involves:

• In-process, HST and stability testing of API products.
• HPLC, UV, GC, IR and polarimeter analysis.
• Laboratory documentation.
• OOS/OOT investigation support.
• GMP and GLP compliance.

4. QC – Formulation OSD Stability Section

• OOS/OOT handling.

6. QC – Formulation Sterile / Ophthalmic

Experience in ophthalmic finished-product analysis, including:

• Assay
• Related substances
• Dissolution
• PSD
• Malvern and various physical tests

7. Production – Filling

Operator – Production Filling (Nasal & Derma)
Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Experience in:

• Nasal and topical/Derma formulation filling.
• DARA nasal filling machine.
• PKB bottle filling and capping machine.
• Marchesini Sofbag filling machine.
• NORDEN and IMA-PG tube filling machines.

8. Production – Packing

Operator – Production Packing (Nasal & Derma)
Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Experience in:

• Nasal formulation packing.
• Sticker labelling.
• Cartoning machines.
• Printing and scanning systems.
• Nasal spray, solution and suspension packaging.
• Batch packing operations.
• Exposure to IPM/PXS systems is preferred.

9. Production – Manufacturing

Operator – Production  Manufacturing (Sterile / Ophthalmic)
Qualification: ITI / D.Pharma / B.Sc
Experience: 2–8 Years

Experience in:

• Clean room operations.
• Steam sterilizer load preparation.
• Vessels and homogenizers.
• CIP/SIP.
• Filter integrity testing.
• Glove leak testing.
• Bulk  manufacturing and filtration.
• BMR/logbook entries.
• Balance and pH meter calibration.
• In-process checks.

10. Production – Aseptic Filling

Operator – Production Aseptic Filling (Sterile / Ophthalmic)
Qualification: ITI / D. Pharma / B.Sc
Experience: 2–8 Years

Experience in:

• Aseptic practices and interventions.
• Grade A area operations.
• Sterile API handling.
• Suspension manufacturing.
• Filling machine operations.
• Romaco, Dynomill, homogenizer and LAF systems.
• Pass box, garment cubicle and NVPC systems.

11. Production – Sterile / Ophthalmic

Officer – Production
Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 Years

Experience in:

• Supervision of unit operations.
• Unclassified, controlled and aseptic areas.
• Media fill and batch processing.
• Stage-wise batch reconciliation.
• Material receipt/return.
• In-process checks.

• SOP and monthly report preparation.
• Gap analysis and corrective actions.
• SAP handling.

12. Engineering – Process Maintenance

Fitter / Electrician
Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Electrician

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical process and packaging equipment.
• Granulation.
• Compression.
• Coating.
• Filling.
• Blistering.
• Cartoning.
• Labelling equipment.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance.

13. HVAC & Water System – Utility Operation

Officer – HVAC & Water System
Qualification: Relevant technical qualification
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

• AHU operation.
• Chiller and cooling tower.
• Dehumidifier with DP.
• Temperature and RH monitoring.
• PW/WFI system.

14. Process Engineering – Process Maintenance
