Experience-04 to 10 Years
- 2. Apprentice – Production
Qualification-B.Tech (Biotechnology)
Experience-Freshers Welcome
Engineering
- Perform day-to-day engineering activities as per production requirements.
- Maintain biopharmaceutical production and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA-based automation systems.
- Maintain fermenters, process vessels, centrifuges, RO-EDI systems, incubators, freezers, and autoclaves.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and cGEP guidelines.
- Maintain documentation and follow safety standards.
Production
- Execute daily production operations according to batch and shift schedules.
- Operate fermenters, reactors, centrifuges, process vessels, and filtration systems.
- Prepare disinfectants, media, buffers, and process materials.
- Handle raw materials, sterile garments, consumables, and QC samples.
- Maintain online documentation as per cGMP requirements.
- Follow SOPs and safety procedures throughout manufacturing activities.
