• Visual inspection of injectable vials for particles, cracks, chips, and cosmetic defects
• Ensure 100% line clearance and maintain area hygiene as per cGMP
• Documentation of line clearance, batch records and defect logs
• Fofcw SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Good observation and attention to detail

Production Filling Operators / Officers
Experience : 02-08 year
Qualification : B.Sc / B.Com, ITI, Diploma (Any Stream) B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy
Job Profile/Skills
• Operation of Aseptic Filing Machines (Val)
• Line setup, adjustments and change parts
• Aseptic process execution as per SOPs
• Vial washing, depyrogenation & sterilization
• In-process checks & documentation
• cGMP, data integrity & safety compliance
