  • Procedure
  • The cleaning of Strapping machine is to be done after day’s production is over or whenever required.
  • Remove the unused strapping roll from the machine and store under lock and key in storage rack.
  • Clean the machine surface, with the help of dry lint free cloth.
  • Clean the outer surface of machine and side panels with lint free cloth.
  • Clean the strapping channel with dry lint free cloth.
  • Get the cleaning checked by production officers.
