SOP on Entry and Exit into Dispensing Booth Area

Objective: To lay down a procedure for entry, and Exit into Dispensing Area.

Scope: This SOP is applicable for entry, and Exit into Dispensing Area warehouse Department to the formulation plant.

Responsibility: All concerned people entering into Dispensing Area.

Accountability: Warehouse Head shall be accountable for the compliance of the SOP.

Procedure:

Entry Procedure into Dispensing Area:

Enter the Warehouse as per SOP.

All working people supposed to enter Dispensing area shall enter secondary change room for over gowning.

Take and wear fresh nose mask, head gear, dangri, and take a pair of booties and hand gloves.

Disinfect hands with disinfectant solution.

Exit Procedure from Dispensing Area:

Before exit from Dispensing Booth area discard the gloves in waste.

Remove the secondary gowning in the following sequence, hand gloves, booties, dangri, head gears, nose mask, and put it in the bin provided and leave the room.
