Job Responsibilities in Packing Department
1. Maintaining and Review of documents such as BPR, Logs Books, Calibration records.
2. Line clearance, proof checking and line setup.
3. In process checks of multiple lines like blister and Strip Pack Line.
4. Filling of various Online rejection of material, Material complaints, Excess materials return and Excess consumption of material
5. Online filling and updating the logs.
6. Execute the production plan as per shift operations to achieve consistent product quality, quantity and yield.
7. Accountability of manpower utilization, departmental discipline, maximum utilization of the available resources.
8. Online job training to workers and subordinates, based on SOPs and evaluation, Actively involved in announced and unannounced audits.
9. Receiving and verification of primary and secondary packing material from store.
10.Capable of maintaining both primary and secondary packing.Regards
